2. What we process
Through the forms: name, company, phone, email, request type, project location and your message. Service requests also include the address, the system concerned, a suitable visit time, urgency and contract details.
Automatically: a one-way hash of your IP address (to limit repeat submissions; the IP itself is not stored), the time of submission, the page you sent it from and any campaign parameters (utm_*).
Only with your permission: page view and click statistics through Google Analytics 4. Nothing you type into a form is ever added to analytics.
3. Why, and on what legal basis

4. Who receives it
- Hosting: Hostinger International Ltd. (servers in Europe; form records are kept in a directory closed to web access).
- Email: request notifications go to our company mailboxes through our email provider.
- Analytics (only with consent): Google LLC (Google Analytics 4). This is a transfer abroad based on your explicit consent.
- Authorities: when required by law.
We do not sell, rent or share your data for marketing.
5. How long we keep it
Form requests: 2 years from receipt, or 10 years under commercial law if the quotation becomes a contract. Records used to detect repeat submissions: deleted within 24 hours. Google Analytics data: 14 months.
6. Your rights and how to use them
Under KVKK article 11 you can ask whether and how your data is processed, who it was shared with, and have it corrected or deleted. Write to info@metteknoloji.com or to the postal address above with your name and contact details. We answer free of charge within 30 days.
7. Cookies and changes
The site stores your cookie preference and theme in your browser; analytics loads only with your consent. Details: Analytics and Cookie Information. When this notice changes, its version number changes too.
